AYUSH division of District Hospital Singtam celebrates World Elderly Day at Old Age Home, Ranipool
Singtam, 01.10.2026: In an initiative to promote healthy ageing and mental wellness, the AYUSH division of District Hospital Singtam commemorated Elderly Day by conducting a comprehensive wellness program at the old age home.
The program was specifically designed to foster cognitive alertness, social bonding and physical vitality among the elderly residents.
Screening of blood pressure and diabetes was also done as part of a regular check up along with proper Diet management and introduction of yoga.
Total 26 participants
Screening was done for all.
