Organised 'Har Ghar Tiranga' Rally
Gyalshing, 12 August: Under the leadership of Shri Jitendra Joshi, Offg. Commandant of the 36th Bn, SSB Geyzing, a grand 'Tiranga' rally was organised as part of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign to instil a spirit of patriotism among the masses. The event was hosted at the Government Secondary School, Sakyong, and the rally proceeded from the school to Sakyong village. Officers and personnel of the 36th Battalion, along with school teachers and students, participated in the rally with great enthusiasm. Carrying the national flag in their hands, the participants conveyed a message of patriotism and love for the nation.
During the rally, the atmosphere was filled with patriotic fervour, resonating with chants of "Bharat Mata Ki Jai," "Vande Mataram," and other patriotic slogans. On this occasion, the attendees and students were informed about the significance of the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign, and every citizen was encouraged to hoist the Tiranga at their homes with due respect.
A collective rendition of the song "Vande Mataram" also took place during the event. Students and personnel participated with immense enthusiasm and discipline. The primary objective of the event was to strengthen the sense of respect for the national flag, patriotism, national unity, and national pride among citizens, especially the younger generation.
In his address, Shri Jitendra Joshi stated that the Tiranga is a symbol of the nation's honour, prestige, and glory. He remarked that the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign is not merely an event but a mass movement connecting every citizen to their duties and responsibilities towards the nation. He urged everyone to actively participate in the campaign and always respect the national flag.
Great enthusiasm was also observed among the school students regarding the rally. The children enlivened the event with patriotic slogans and songs. Through this rally, a message of national unity and patriotism was also conveyed to the people of the rural area.
