Mangan, June 1: District Election Officer, Mangan, Shri Anant Jain, IAS, informed that the third day of the distribution of Enumeration Forms under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral roll witnessed an excellent response from voters and all sections of society across Mangan District.
He stated that voters enthusiastically welcomed the Booth Level Officers (BLOs) who visited their homes for the distribution of Enumeration Forms. As of 5:00 PM on 1st June 2026, a total of 3723 voters had received Enumeration Forms. Cumulatively, over the first three days, 8470 Enumeration Forms have been distributed, covering 26.11% of the total electorate in the district.
The District Election Officer further informed that the election machineries have been directed to accelerate the distribution process and to ensure the completion of Enumeration Form distribution at the earliest. To facilitate maximum voter convenience, BLOs will continue visiting households and distributing forms during the evening hours as well.
The District Administration appeals to all eligible voters to cooperate with the BLOs and ensure timely completion of the enumeration process for the successful revision of the electoral roll.
