Honorable Justice of Sikkim High Court by Supreme Court College, Justice Meenakshi M. Rai K Patna has given approval to appoint Chief Justice of High Court.
On this occasion Justice Meenakshi Madan Rai paid a courtesy visit to Hon'ble Governor of Sikkim Mr. Om Prakash Mathur at Lokbhavan today.
Hon'ble Governor narrated this achievement historic moment for Sikkim said Chief Justice in any High Court
Sikkim's first woman Justice Rai approved to be appointed as the prestigious post has increased the pride of the whole state.
During the meeting Hon'ble Governor conducted Justice Meenakshi M. Sending heartfelt wishes to Rai for his upcoming successful tenure and conveyed that the judiciary will become more healthy and public oriented under his leadership.
