APS GANGTOK dedicates “ Shram Seva Samman” to Hon’ble CM Prem Singh Golay(Tamang) on International Labour Day. Recognition to Shri DIL KUMAR DAHAL - awarded with ₹20,000 prize.
On the occasion of International Labour Day, the Office of the Additional Political Secretary, Gangtok District, proudly conferred the “Shram Seva Samman” to honour and celebrate the invaluable contributions of grassroots workers serving in various Block Administrative Centres (BACs).
As a mark of appreciation and encouragement, this सम्मान carries a cash reward of ₹20,000, presented to Shri Dil Kumar Dahal, Group D employee under Rakdong BAC, Gangtok District, in recognition of his exemplary dedication, discipline, and unwavering commitment to duty.
The function was held at Rakdong BAC in the presence of Panchayat members and BAC staff, reflecting the collective appreciation of the local administrative community.
The award ceremony was conducted in the presence of Shri Puskhar Katiwada, Block Development Officer (BDO), Rakdong, and Shri Tshering Wangchuk Lepcha, Additional Political Secretary to the Hon’ble Chief Minister, whose support and encouragement continue to inspire initiatives that recognise grassroots excellence.
Instituted with the vision of acknowledging the silent yet significant contributions of Group D staff, the Shram Seva Samman seeks to uplift and motivate those who work tirelessly behind the scenes, ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative systems at the grassroots level.
