Yuksam Dubdi GPU Conducts First Day of the 3-day training programme for Enumerators and Supervisors Training for Census 2027.
Gyalshing,March 30:Day 1 of the 3-day training programme for Enumerators and Supervisors on Training for Census 2027 was successfully conducted on 30th March,2026 at Yuksam Dubdi GPU, with the participation of 50 attendees.
The programme was held in the presence of Mr Suresh Rai Additional District Magistrate, Gyalshing,Mr Jesse P Targain, SDM Yuksam and Mr Sonu Ram Statistical Investigator, Census of India.
The training sessions were conducted by BDO Yuksam, Mr Sanman Limboo, and BDO Gyalshing, Mr Garap Dorjee Bhutia. During the session, detailed presentations were delivered by the BDOs explaining the importance of the Census, relevant Acts governing the process, and the critical role of enumerators and supervisors. Emphasis was laid on the importance of accurate and authentic data collection to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the Census outcomes.
The programme was carried out smoothly with active participation from all trainees.
