Chairman of Farmer Welfare Board, Sikkim, Applauds Innovations at BioSanjeevani Sustainable Solutions.
BioSanjeevani Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Ltd., an incubated startup under the AIC IIT Delhi Sonipat Innovation Foundation, hosted Chairman, Farmer Welfare Board, Sikkim, Mr Padam Sharma, along with social worker Mr Aryan. The visit marked a significant milestone in the journey towards sustainable agriculture.
BioSanjeevani, an incubated startup under the AIC IIT Delhi Sonipat Innovation Foundation, focuses on converting compressed biogas (CBG) and organic waste into premium fertiliser through scientific processes.
The visit marked an important step towards promoting sustainable and cost-effective agricultural practices.
Representing BioSanjeevani, CEO Yash Verma, CIO Virender Sharma, Mr. Hemant Dutt, and Mr. Balram Puri were present during the occasion. CEO Yash Verma presented the company’s vision of converting CBG and organic waste into premium fertiliser through scientific processes. The team highlighted how this technology enables farmers to achieve higher yields at lower costs while improving soil health.
A meeting was also held with local farmers engaged in organic farming and fertiliser production. Mr Ramesh from Mandoura, Sonipat, shared his experience of the ‘Farmer Support Centre’ established in his village and explained how the technology has enhanced productivity and encouraged large-scale adoption of organic farming.
Appreciating the efforts, Chairman Mr Padam Sharma stated that such initiatives play a crucial role in making farmers self-reliant and contribute significantly towards environmental conservation.
