Namchi, 14 March : Hon’ble Deputy Speaker-cum-Area MLA Smt.Raj Kumari Thapa held the weekly Janta Bhet Karyakram today at the SKM Party office, Yangang, where members of the public came forward to share their concerns and seek guidance. The programme served as an important platform for direct interaction between the public and their elected representative.
During the programme, the Hon’ble MLA personally met individuals suffering from various illnesses, listened carefully to their difficulties, and extended her support and assurance. Her compassionate approach and willingness to help reflected a strong commitment to public service and community welfare.
The programme was also attended by Shri C.L.Gurung, Advisor to the Food Processing Department; Smt. Denkila Bhutia, OSD to HMLA Rangang–Yangang; Shri Tshering Topden Bhutia, Youth Convener Namchi District; Shri Anil Gurung, Youth Convener Rangang–Yangang; members of Jan Kalyan Prakosta Rangang–Yangang, including Shri Yurba S. Subba; Smt. Permila Tamang, Nari Vice Convener Namchi District, the Panchayat President, along with other Panchayat members, party karyakartas, and the general public.
The interaction witnessed active public participation and a shared commitment to addressing local issues and strengthening community welfare.
Overall, the Janta Bhet programme was very successful, where many poor and sick individuals received support and assistance from the Hon’ble MLA Ma’am.
