Medical and Psychiatry Camp at Jalipool Old Age Home.

The Center for Addiction Medicine (CAM), Chuwatar, conducted a Medical and Psychiatry Camp at Jalipool Old Age Home on 12th February 2026 in collaboration with Torrent Pharmaceutical Company.
The camp was led by Dr. Satish Rasaily (Addiction Psychiatrist) and Ms. Anamika Pariyar (CAM Nurse). A total of 21 inmates residing at the old age home received comprehensive general medical and psychiatric assessments, along with necessary treatment and counselling.
The initiative aimed to address both physical and mental health concerns among the elderly residents, ensuring holistic care and early identification of psychiatric and medical conditions.
Under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative, Torrent Pharmaceutical Company has generously committed to providing six months’ supply of medications for all the inmates assessed during the camp.
The program reflects a collaborative effort toward promoting accessible healthcare services and improving the quality of life of elderly residents.
