DAC Mangan Conducts Training on Ex-Gratia Management System (ExMS)
Mangan, Dec 11: The District Administrative Centre (DAC), Mangan, conducted a detailed training programme on the Ex-Gratia Management System (ExMS) through Video Conference today. The session was facilitated by the Assistant Director, IT, who provided an extensive demonstration of the system’s operational framework, features, and core applications.
The training witnessed virtual participation of Sub Divisional Magistrates (SDMs) from all sub-divisions and Head of Office from Horticulture, Agriculture and Animal Husbandry departments under Mangan District. They were joined by Dy. Director, Agriculture Dept.. Addl. Director, AH&VS dept., ADOs Agriculture and Horticulture dept., District Planning Officer (DPO) Mangan, Revenue Officer (RO), Head Surveyor (HS), Assistant Revenue Surveyor (ARS) from all sub-divisions under Mangan District, and officials from the IT Section.
The Assistant Director, IT, explained the complete functioning of ExMS, covering:
Workflow for processing ex-gratia claims,
Role-based responsibilities of field and office-level users, Verification and approval mechanisms, Data entry, documentation, and monitoring features, Integration with core departmental applications, System transparency, accountability, and digital record maintenance.
The training aimed to improve efficiency, accuracy, and timely processing of ex-gratia cases across the district by ensuring that all officers are well-versed with the digital system.
DAC Mangan expressed appreciation to all participating officers for their cooperation and proactive involvement in strengthening service delivery through enhanced digital management tools.
