Justice (Retd.) Shri A.P. Subba,
Chairperson of the Lokayukta, Sikkim,
Called on the Governor of Sikkim, Shri Om Prakash Mathur, at Raj Bhavan today.
Smt. Kincho Doma Lepcha and other officers of Lokayukta, Sikkim, accompanied the Chairperson.
During the courtesy meeting, the Chairperson, Shri A P Subba, presented the eleventh Annual Report for 2024-25, "The Institution of Lokayukta" to the Governor and briefed him about the various activities and functions of the Lokayukta.
Sharing his concern, the Governor emphasised that every public servant must work in absolute transparency, accountability, and with responsibilities.
The Governor said that the Lokayukta can immensely contribute to the development process of the State.
The chairperson of the Lokayukta shared his views on the future course of action in the meeting.
