Smt. Tseten Nordon Cargyal, IFS, Director, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India, called on Shri Mingma Norbu Sherpa, Hon’ble Speaker, Sikkim Legislative Assembly, on 4th November 2025 at his office in the Sikkim Legislative Assembly Secretariat.
Smt. Cargyal, a 2012 batch officer, is the first Sikkimese woman to join the Indian Foreign Service.
