Two-Day Orientation Program for Village Master Trainers (VMTs) under Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan Held at Temi BAC
Temi, September 20, 2025: A two-day orientation program for Village Master Trainers (VMTs) under the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan was successfully organised at District Process Lab, Block Administrative Centre (BAC) conference hall, Temi, on September 19th and 20th September, 2025. The program aimed to strengthen the capacity of nominated Village Master Tainers (VMTs) to implement the objectives of the abhiyan effectively.
On the first day, the program began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp by BDO (Temi)/Block Nodal Officer Mr Roshan Rai, along with WO (SWD)/District Master Trainer (DMT) Mr Sonam Dadul Bhutia. Following the inauguration, participants from nominated tribal villages introduced themselves and were grouped into “Ekta House” as part of a team-building activity. Several interactive activities were conducted by the Block Master Trainers to enhance engagement and learning among the trainees.
The second day witnessed the active involvement of Panchayat members from the nominated tribal villages, along with GPU staff, Ward Resource Persons and Self-Help Group (SHG) members. A special session on Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) was delivered by Junior Faculty (SIRD) Mr Roshan Kaushik, which was highly appreciated by the participants for its practical insights.
The program concluded with the distribution of certificates to all Village Master Trainers, recognising their successful completion of the orientation.
The orientation served as an important platform to empower VMTs with skills and knowledge to contribute effectively to the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan at the grassroot level.
