Three Day District Level Orientation Workshop of District Process Lab under AADI KARMA YOGI: Responsive Governance Programme for Block Level Master Trainers(BMTs) concludes in Gyalshing District.
Gyalshing,September 12:Three Day District Level Orientation Workshop of District Process Lab under AADI KARMA YOGI: Responsive Governance Programme for Block Level Master Trainers(BMTs),successfully concluded at Zilla Panchayat Hall, Kyongsa, today.
The training was scheduled from 10th to 12th September.
ADC Gyalshing, Mr Suresh Rai graced the occasion as Chief guest. Also present at the event were the State Master Trainer for the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan,Joint Director (Forest)Mr Tenzing Norbu Bhutia,the District Master Trainers (DMTs), and the Block Master Trainers (BMTs).
In his address, the Chief Guest highlighted the significance of the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan and emphasised the importance of convergence among line departments for its successful implementation. He urged the Block Master Trainers, who have been trained during the session, to work wholeheartedly for the development of tribal villages.
The three-day residential training programme was activity-based and included detailed sessions on the implementation guidelines of the Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyan at the block level.
A total of 25 participants, comprising five BMTs from each of the five blocks across Gyalshing district, actively took part in the training.
The trained BMTs will now return to their respective blocks, where they will conduct training sessions for all the Village Master Trainers (VMTs). Together, the VMTs and BMTs will extend the programme across different tribal villages.
In total, 23 tribal villages in Gyalshing district have been selected to benefit from this Aadi Karmayogi Abhiyalan. The initiative aims to address developmental gaps and improve the overall welfare of these tribal communities.
