Tiranga Yatra Organised Under Har Ghar Tiranga Programme
Namchi, 12 August: As part of the Har Ghar Tiranga initiative, a Tiranga Yatra was successfully conducted by various Gram Panchayat Units (GPUs) under the Namchi BAC.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from Honourable Panchayat Members, local residents, students, and the staff of GPK, all coming together to celebrate the spirit of patriotism.
Participants from Gram Panchayat Unit
1. Maniram-Phalidara GPU
The Maniram-Phalidara GPU organised a Tiranga Yatra commencing from Bhanjyang Bazar and culminating at GPK. The event saw active engagement from community members, students, and local leaders.
2. Damthang GPU
Damthang GPU held its Tiranga Yatra from Damthang Secondary School to GPK. The procession was vibrant and reflected the collective spirit of unity and national pride.
3. Tingrithang and Assangthang GPUs
Tingrithang GPU and Assangthang GPU jointly conducted their Tiranga Yatra within and around their respective areas. These rallies were well-attended and showcased strong community involvement.
