Distribution Program of CGI Sheets Concluded at Rakdong Tintek BAC
Rakdong Tintek, July 19: A grand distribution program of CGI sheets was successfully conducted today at the premises of the Rakdong Tintek Block Administrative Centre (BAC). The chief guest of the event was the Hon’ble MLA of Tumin Lingee Constituency, Shri Samdup Tshering Bhutia.
The event was also graced by the Gangtok District Adhakshya Shri Balram Adhikari, OSD to the Hon’ble MLA Shri Keshav Nepal, OSD of AYUSH Department Smt. Dina Gautam, the BDO of Tintek, Zilla Panchayat Members, various Ward Panchayat Members, party workers, and staff members of the BAC.
Under the program, various beneficiaries received CGI sheets as part of a government scheme. The beneficiaries expressed great happiness and conveyed their gratitude towards the popular Chief Minister of the state, Hon’ble Shri P.S. Golay, and the area MLA, Shri Samdup Tshering Bhutia.
The event sent a positive message as a significant step taken by the state government to improve housing in rural areas and ensure protection from natural calamities. Programs like these are believed to directly benefit the local people and further strengthen the bond between the government and the public.
All dedicated staff, public representatives, and local citizens who contributed to the success of the program deserve sincere appreciation.
