Report on “IEC Campaign” and benefit Saturation camp DAJGUA
Soreng, June 25: The Social Welfare Department Soreng in collaboration with the Mangalbaria PHC has successfully conducted IEC CAMPAIGN for "Dharti Aaba Janjatiya Gram Utkarsh Abhiyan( DAJGUA)" and Janjatiya Gaurav Varsh at Arubotay village under 16 Chottasamdong GPU on 25/06/2025 which also has been selected as Tribal village under DAJGUA and falls within an aspirational block Chumbung.

• The campaign witnessed enthusiastic participation from Senior citizens, students, villagers, patients and staff of Khanisirbong HWC and staff of Chottasamdong GPU.
• KEY HIGHLIGHTS:
• 1. 27 New Aadhaar enrolments,update and correction were carried out.
• 2. Beneficiaries received 6 PM-AJAY cards.
• 3. Mental Health counselling, TB Screening and 30 NCD screening were provided to the beneficiaries.
• 4. Awareness on various social welfare schemes and central scholarships.
• 5. Awareness on Kishan credit card.
• 6. Awareness on e- Shram Card.
