Honorable Health and Family Welfare Minister Shri ji today. T. Dhungel paid courtesy visit to Hon'ble Governor Mr. Om Prakash Mathur at Rajbhavan, Gangtok.
On this occasion, the minister cordially invited the Governor to the state level program organized on the occasion of 11th International Yoga Day. The theme of this year's International Yoga Day is "One Earth One Health", which captures the deep connection between global unity, environmental balance, human health and overall well-being through yoga.
The Governor has given his strong approval on the invitation given by the Minister and expressed his best wishes towards the organization by telling yoga as an essential part of lifestyle.
The Hon'ble Minister for Health and Family Welfare department Shri G T Dungel called on the Hon'ble Governor of Sikkim Shri Om Prakash Mathur at Raj Bhavan today.
During the courtesy call, the Hon’ble Minister, Shri G.T. Dhungel, extended a formal invitation to the Hon’ble Governor to attend the 11th International Yoga Day celebration, scheduled to be held on June 21st at Paljor Stadium, Gangtok.
This year’s celebration, titled “Yoga Sangam,” will be observed under the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health.”
The Hon’ble Governor graciously accepted the invitation to participate in the Yoga Sangam event.
