AYUSH Hospital Gyalshing observes International yoga day countdown 2025 at Denjong Pema choeling academy Pelling
Gyalshing,June 10:
The National AYUSH Mission under the Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of Sikkim organised “Yoga Samavesh” at Dechen Pema Choeling Academy today to mark the countdown to International Yoga Day 2025.
The programme included yoga sessions following common yoga protocol as well as awareness on AYUSH system of medicine .
Free health check up was provided which included free haemoglobin test, blood sugar test .
Immunoboosters were also distributed along with iron supplements.
The programme was led by MO Ayurveda Dr Menkila Tamang,MO Yoga & Naturopathy
Dr Bindhya Gurung and Mr Mingma Sherpa, (AYUSH).
