On the direction given by District Administration of Soreng District, an awareness program was conducted at Pakkigaon Govt. Sec School by District Industries Centre under Commerce and Industries Department Soreng. The program focused on the importance of various scheme and the support services for industrial growth and self-employment ventures of Soreng District under a single roof.
An official from the District Industries Centre addressed the gathering and delivered a highly informative and valuable session. During the talk and delivering PPTs, the officials emphasized fostering entrepreneurship in both rural and urban areas through various scheme such as SYSS, PMEGP, PMFME and UNNATI.
Students and Staffs actively participated in the session and gained deeper
understanding of the related Schemes under DIC and the roles of industrial growth in both rural and urban areas. The Session concluded with a Q/A round, where participants had the opportunity to clarify their doubts and learn more about the Department's initiatives.
The Program was a great success and served as an eye-opener for the gatherings, Strengthening and supporting entrepreneurship with the necessary skills, resources, and support to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
