National-Level Hackathon “CodeSummit@Sikkim’50” to drive Technological Innovation as part of the celebration of 50 years of statehood
The Department of Information Technology, Government of Sikkim, in collaboration with Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology is organizing CodeSummit@Sikkim’50, a National-Level Hackathon to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Sikkim’s statehood.
This initiative aims to empower young innovators to develop technology-driven solutions addressing real-world challenges, in line with Sikkim’s vision of becoming a digitally advanced state. The Hackathon will focus on key areas such as Artificial Intelligence, AgriTech, and E-Governance, inviting young professionals, students from colleges, and startups across India to create functional prototypes and scalable solutions.
The event seeks to highlight the vital role of collaboration between Government, academia, and industry in fostering technological excellence. It aims to provide a dynamic platform for young minds to showcase their skills, drive innovation, and develop impactful solutions to real-world challenges.
The finals of the hackathon are scheduled for 25thand 26thof April, 2025, and the last date for submission of ideas is 10th of April, 2025.
