One day coordination meeting and orientation on different topics was organised by Kaluk BAC, Soreng District with all the HOI's of government, private and monastic schools under Kaluk BAC.
The program was hosted by Mrs Sushma Mohra AD Kaluk BAC.
Mr CT Sherpa Deputy Director and Mr.Gowin Dhakal AEO from DEO Soreng graced the event as special guests.
Along with the HOI's one staff each dealing with online assignment escorted the HOI's.
There were 50 participants.
Topics covered were:
1.AAPAR/EMMIS/UDISE
2.Implentationof Holistic Progress Card for 12 pilot schools under Kaluk BAC, Soreng District.
3.Follow up of SNP/Vidhya Pravesh in schools.
4.School wise update on AADHAR Enrollment.
5.Renewal of school registration of Private schools.
6.Admission procedure in class 11.
7.Amendment in no detention policy ..
8.Cleanliness drive in schools on regular basis.
9.Use of Swift Chat App by schools.
Mrs .Sushma Mohra requested the HOI's to focus on all the key points discussed as priority task and work in coordination for smooth functioning of the school.
Mr CT Sherpa Deputy Director informed that all the activities/assignment undertaken in the blocks is part of work assigned by District office and Education Department HQ and hence all should comply to it.
Mr Gowin Dhakal AEO carried the entire session covering AAPAR/UDISE/EMMIS.
The program concluded with best wishes from Education Department to all the schools for successful Academic session 2025.
