Launch of e-Services for Citizens (Mangan District)

Mangan District, Announces Launch of e-Services to Streamline application process of various
Certificates and Services for Citizens
The District Administrative Centre (DAC), Mangan, is pleased to announce the official launch of a
range of e-services through the Sikkim GO Single Sign-On (SSO) platform. Effective today, citizens
can now access a wide range of government services from the comfort of their homes, using a
single account. This initiative aims to make government services more accessible, efficient, and
user-friendly for the people of Sikkim.
The Sikkim GO SSO platform provides a one-stop solution for a variety of services offered by the
District Administrative Centres (DAC), Sub-Divisional Offices and Block Administrative Centres. There
are currently Seven Services:
1. Primitive Tribe Certificate
2. Scheduled Tribe Certificate
3. Scheduled Caste Certificate
4. OBC Certificate
5. Employment Card
6. Income Certificate
7. Firm Registration Certificate
These services can be easily accessed at https://sso.sikkim.gov.in.
Key Features and Benefits:
1. Single Sign-On: Citizens can use a single account to access multiple government services,
eliminating the need for separate logins for each service.
2. Convenience: Services are available online, allowing citizens to apply for documents, submit
required information, and make payments without visiting government offices.
3. Secure Online Payments: Payment for services can be made through UPI and other digital
means.
4. No Queues: With e-services, there’s no need to stand in long queues at offices to submit
bank receipts or documents.
5. Environment-Friendly: The system supports paperless processes, reducing waste and saving
trees.
How to Access the e-Services:
1. Visit the Sikkim GO SSO portal at https://sso.sikkim.gov.in.
2. Create an account by providing basic details and verifying through email.
3. Once logged in, select the required service and submit the necessary documents online.
The Sikkim GO platform has been developed by the Department of Information Technology,
Government of Sikkim and will continue to expand its range of services in the coming months. This
initiative will save time, money, and resources, benefiting both citizens and government employees.
