Cluster Level Interschool “Jago Grahak Jago” Quiz for Duga-Regu cluster, Yuksom cluster and Bermiok Martam cluster completed
30th August, 2024: The Cluster-level Inter School "Jago Grahak Jago” Quiz on Consumer Awareness for senior secondary schools across Sikkim took place in Duga Regu cluster, Yuksom cluster and Bermiok Martam cluster. For the Duga Regu cluster, the winning schools to qualify for the district level competitions were Chujachen SSS and Rorathang SSS.
For the Yuksom cluster, the schools that qualified for the district level competitions were EMRS Gangyap and Khechiperi SSS. For the Bermiok Martam cluster, the teams which qualified for the district level competitions were Hee Yangthang SSS and Dentam SSS.
The objective of the quiz program, organized by the Legal Metrology Unit and Consumer Protection Cell, Food and Civil Supplies Department, Government of Sikkim is to reach out to young minds in schools across Sikkim and encourage them to become aware and informed consumers by knowing and understanding the rights of customers.
