BRO ORGANIZES MULTIPLE EVENTS IN A RUN UP TO 78th INDEPENDENCE DAY
On 12 & 13 Aug 2024, in a run up to celebrate 78thIndependence Day, 758 BRTF of Project Swastik, organized multiple events. On 12 Aug 2024, 758 BRTF of Project Swastik organized a painting competition for students and teachers of Govt Secondary School on “EK PED MAA KE NAAM” with an aim to motivate students and spread awareness about environment. More than 250 students and teachers of the schoolenthusiastically participated in the said event. Students for their beautiful paintings and innovative messageswere suitably awarded with prizes.
Similarly, on 13 Aug 2024, 758 BRTF organized 5 kilometers of “Tiranga Run” from Tashi View Point to Chandmari with an aim to spread the message about nationalism and motivate youths of Sikkim to join defenses forces and give their valuable contribution to Nation. More than 200 BRO personals participated in the said event. At the end of five kilometer run, first ten finisher were awarded with medals.
As part of the larger responsibilities towards the Nation building, 758 BRTF of Project Swastik remains committed to spread awareness and motivate civil population towards Nation building. Both the events had gone a long way in motivating people from all sections of society, particularly the youth in their duty towards the society and Nation.
