Mangan, March 26: The Agriculture Department, under the Vibrant Village Programme, organised an Awareness cum Distribution event for 100 Pulverisers at Lingdong, Dzongu.
The event was graced by Honourable Ward Panchayat, Deputy Director Mr Padam Gurung, and ADO Mr Adarsh Rai. Deputy director Mr Padam Gurung emphasised on the efficiency of machinery in post value addition of crops and day to day other farming activities.
ADO Mr Adarsh Rai spoke on the benefits of using a pulveriser for grinding turmeric, chilli, rice, and spices. Honourable Panchayat distributed the pulverisers, emphasising their role in easing farm work.
The event aimed to empower farmers with modern tools for efficient farming.
