Chungthang, April 1: The Agriculture Department, under the Vibrant Village Programme, organised an Awareness cum Distribution event for 120 Pulverisers at Chungthang. The event was graced by Honourable Panchayat President, Ms Diki Lepcha, ADO Mr Bikash Limboo and BTM Mrs Tshering Lachenpa.
ADO Mr Bikash Limboo spoke on the benefits of using a pulveriser for grinding turmeric, chilli, rice, and spices. The Honourable Panchayat President distributed the pulverisers, emphasising their role in easing farm work.
The event aimed to empower farmers with modern tools for efficient farming.
