UDD Namchi Conducts Inspection, Directs Domino’s to Obtain Trade Licence
Namchi, August 29 (IPR): The Urban Development Department (UDD), Namchi, conducted an inspection today following the complaint regarding the operation of a commercial establishment without the required trade licence.
During the inspection, Domino’s Namchi was found to be operating without the required licence. Accordingly, UDD issued a challan to the establishment under the applicable rules and regulations.
The establishment was further directed to apply for the requisite trade licence within one week and comply with all applicable regulatory requirements; failing to do so, strict measures will be taken by the authorities.
The inspection was led by Deputy Director, UDD Namchi, Mr Santa Kumar Rai, who was accompanied by Inspectors Mr Santosh Rai, Mr Bijay Rai, Mr Gyalsen Sherpa and Ms Pranisha Rai.
