The newly appointed Governor of Sikkim arrives at Burtuk Helipad
Gangtok, July 30 (IPR): Mr Om Prakash Mathur, the newly appointed Governor of Sikkim, arrived today at Burtuk Helipad.
Upon his arrival, he was given a warm welcome by Mr V B Pathak, Chief Secretary, Mr A K Singh, DGP, Mr R Telang, Additional Chief Secretary, Ms K D Rechung, Secretary, Protocol, Mr Tushar Nikhare, DC (Gangtok), Mr Tenzing Loden, Sr SP (Gangtok) along with other officers.
Mr Mathur was also accorded the Guard of Honour by Sikkim Armed Police, upon his arrival at helipad.
He was accompanied by Mr Sanjay Sharma, Minister of Forest, Environment and Climate Change (Rajasthan), Dharmnarayan, Joshi MLA, Mr Mahesh Gagda, Former Cabinet Minister (Chhattisgarh) and other dignitaries.
