Soreng, July 6 (IPR): With a vision to eradicate illegal drug abuse and misuse of wildly grown cannabis plants, the officials and the members of the Police force of Soreng District under the aegis of Shri Nahkul Pradhan, SPS Superintendent of Police, Soreng District launched an initiative to uproot wild cannabis plants within the districts by various Police Stations and Outposts.
This initiative is a special drive to eradicate wildly growing cannabis plants in vacant plots, space, and lands. He said that the campaign would be continued so that people could be saved from its addiction and also obviate the miscreants from peddling it.
