Sikkim Tourism Minister attends third day of Hornbill Festival 2024
Kohima, December 3 (IPR):
The morning session of the third day of the Hornbill Festival 2024 at Kisama Heritage Village, Nagaland was attended by Minister of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Government of Sikkim, Mr Tshering Thendup Bhutia, as honoured guest along with Mr Tenzing Dorjee Bhutia, Chairman, SIMFED and Mr Javier Paulinich, Ambassador of Peru to India.
Also present were Ms Irena Pal, Project Manager, Vienna Economic Forum, Mr Michael Pal, Director, Cultural Forum, Austrian Embassy, New Delhi and other dignitaries.
With Mr Yanthungo Patton, Deputy Chief Minister, Home and Border Affairs as the host and Mr K Tokugha Sukhalu, Advisor, Food & Civil Supply, Legal Metrology and Mr Obed Quinker, Chairman, Nagaland Honey Mission as co-hosts, the morning session showcased performances by cultural troupes representing around 18 tribes from the Northeast India.
