SIR Phase III in Pakyong District Registers Over 52% Enumeration Form Distribution
Pakyong, June 04 (IPR):The implementation of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) Phase III – Enumeration Form Tracking in Pakyong District has recorded steady progress, with more than half of the Enumeration Forms (EFs) distributed to electors across the district as of today.
According to the latest status report, a total of 43,384 Enumeration Forms have been distributed out of 83,111 electors, marking an overall distribution achievement of 52.2 percent in the district. A total of 109 Booth Level Officers (BLOs) have been deployed for the house-to-house enumeration exercise across all five Assembly Constituencies (ACs) under Pakyong District.
Among the constituencies, Namcheybung AC recorded the highest percentage of EF distribution at 61.71 percent, with 10,305 forms distributed among 16,698 electors. This was followed by Chujachen AC, where 11,325 forms were distributed, accounting for 60.32 percent coverage of its 18,774 electors.
Gnathang-Machong AC registered 54.66 percent distribution, with 7,231 forms distributed among 13,228 electors, while Rhenock AC achieved 51.29 percent distribution with 9,385 forms distributed out of 18,297 electors.
Meanwhile, West Pendam AC recorded 31.89 percent EF distribution, with 5,138 forms distributed among 16,114 electors, indicating scope for further acceleration in outreach efforts.
The report further stated that 480 Enumeration Forms have been digitized so far, while 56 forms have been submitted directly by electors and await BLO verification. Additionally, 424 forms have already been verified by BLOs, reflecting continued progress in the verification and digitization process.
The district administration, along with BLOs, continues the house-to-house survey and enumeration drive to ensure maximum coverage and accuracy of the electoral roll under the ongoing SIR 2026 exercise.
