Gangtok, September 21: (IPR) Shri Bijoy Kumar Subba was conferred with Rashmi Prasad Alley Smriti Purasher in a programme organized by Sikkim Pragya Pratishthan at auditorium hall of Nar Bahadur Bhandari Degree college, Tadong today.

Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Prem Singh Tamang (Golay) who graced the occasion as a chief guest handed over the award and citation to the awardee.

The programme also saw release of a nepali journal ” Bidharthi Digest “.
