Citizens were encouraged to actively support conservation efforts and adopt responsible practices in their daily lives.
Addressing the gathering, Chairperson DLSA Mr Prajwal Khatiwada stated that the programme, conceived under the guidance of NALSA, was aimed not only at spreading awareness but also at sensitising the masses towards their collective duties. He observed that awareness of rights must go hand in hand with responsibility, urging individuals to exercise their rights, support one another and contribute to the protection of the environment. He thanked the resource persons for their valuable inputs and reiterated that the DLSA, as part of the legal services framework, remains committed to extending free legal services and assistance to the public.
The programme concluded with a strong message that the protection of children and preservation of the environment is a shared responsibility, requiring the conscious contribution of every individual to truly protect today and secure tomorrow.
