New guidelines of Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme
A coordination meeting was conducted on 28th of May, 2020 in the Office of Director (MSME) regarding the new Guidelines of Prime Minister's Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) with the members of KVIC, SKVIB and DICs.
PMEGP is implemented by KVIC, a statutory organisation under the administrative control of Ministry of MSME as the single nodal agency at the National level and through KVIC, SKVIB and DICs at the state level.
The role of District Level Task Force Committee (DLTFC) as constituted under clause 11.9 of the scheme Guidelines is discontinued henceforth for recommendation of proposal to the financing Banks. The implementing agencies KVIC, SKVIC and DICs will be forwarding the viable proposals to the banks directly for taking credit decision.
The Director, MSME requested the implementing agencies for the aggressive awareness of the scheme to the unemployed youth of the state.
The unemployed youth/entrepreneurs may apply directly to the portal http://www.kviconline.gov.in/pmegpeportal for availing the PMEGP benefit
