Pakyong District Administration Launches P.U.L.S.E. to Support Entrepreneurs

Pakyong, February 25: The District Administration of Pakyong announces the launch of P.U.L.S.E. – Pakyong Unified Launch Support for Entrepreneurs, under the banner of Sikkim Inspires: Deploy. Empower. Enable. This district-level initiative aims to identify and support entrepreneurial ideas and enterprises across Pakyong in line with the State’s vision of sustainable and inclusive economic development.
P.U.L.S.E. will provide seed funding and mentorship support to aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners. The programme invites proposals that demonstrate innovation, financial viability, scalability, and potential for employment generation and local value creation. The initiative seeks to strengthen entrepreneurship and promote self-reliance within the district.
Applicants must submit detailed proposals outlining their business idea or existing operations, market potential, revenue model, financial requirements, implementation plan, and long-term goals. Existing enterprises are also required to provide information on current performance, growth plans, and expansion proposals.
All submissions will be evaluated by a district-level committee based on feasibility, sustainability, innovation, and alignment with the objectives of Sikkim Inspires.
Applications are open from 23rd February to 5th March 2026. Proposals may be submitted by scanning the official QR code or through offline submission at the District Administrative Centre (DAC), Pakyong.
