Mangan, Oct 03: Mangan District on October 2nd observed Adi Seva Parva with various programmes and activities held across all four blocks of the district, namely Mangan, Kabi, Chungthang and Passingdang.
The event was organised with the objective of fostering the spirit of service, inclusivity and responsive governance through Adikarmayogi Abhiyan among the people. On this occasion, government officials, Panchayat representatives, school students, and community members actively participated in the programmes.
During the day-long observance, gram sabha along with awareness sessions, and community interactions were conducted at the block and village levels. The focus was on strengthening public service delivery and encouraging community involvement in developmental activities.
Speaking on the occasion, district officials highlighted that Adi Seva Parva marks a renewed commitment towards transparent and people-centric governance, with special attention to the welfare of tribal villages under Mangan District.
The celebration concluded with a pledge to continue strengthening service delivery mechanisms through the four blocks, ensuring that government schemes and initiatives effectively reach the grassroots level.
