In accordance with the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India (Order dated 03.12.2024 and 22.04.2025 in Aureliano Fernandes Vs. State of Goa, MA No 22553/2023), the District Legal Services Authority, Mangan, will be providing assistance to aggrieved women to make complaints under the Protection of Women from Sexual Harassment Act, 2013 (POSH Act).
All female employees working in Mangan District are encouraged to reach out for support and legal assistance if they face any issues related to workplace harassment.
