In order to improve Consumer Relationship Management, the Power Department has established a three-mode Consumer Grievance Redressal System for registering complaints related to electricity supply.
Mode 1: Online Grievance Registration
Consumers can log in to the following portal and register their complaints:

Mode 2: Consumer Call Centre
A Consumer Call Centre has been established at DPH, Gangtok. Consumers may register their complaints by calling any of the following numbers:
