Gangtok,December 17 (IPR): Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri P.S.Tamang graced the final day festival of Yakthung Chasok Tongnam as a chief guest today at Saramsa khet.

The Chief Minister was accompanied by Cabinet ministers, MLAs, Political and Administrative Advisors to the Government.

A festival of first harvest offering to Yuma Sammang (Limboo ancestor goddess) and other deities was organized by Sukhim Yakthung Chasok Tongnam Lokchum.

It is also know as thanks giving to the mother nature for harvest and their ancestors for handing down the teachings of agriculture.
