Gangtok, June 19 (IPR): Gangtok district has achieved 99.64 per cent coverage in the distribution of Enumeration Forms (EFs) under the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026, with Booth Level Officers (BLOs) successfully distributing 1,21,795 forms out of a total of 1,22,240 electors as of June 19, 2026.
The district has also registered substantial progress in the digitisation of Enumeration Forms, with 62.41 per cent of the forms digitised to date. Following the near completion of the distribution exercise, BLOs across the district have intensified efforts towards digitisation and timely processing of the collected forms to ensure the smooth conduct of the revision process.
As part of the ongoing exercise, BLOs have undertaken extensive field outreach across the district to ensure comprehensive coverage of all eligible electors. Special attention has been accorded to Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and senior citizens to facilitate their participation in the electoral revision process.

The distribution and collection of Enumeration Forms will continue till June 28, 2026. Electors who have received their forms have been requested to duly fill and submit them to their respective Booth Level Officers within the prescribed timeline to facilitate the preparation of an accurate and updated Draft Electoral Roll.
