Former Acting Governor of Sikkim Arrives on Visit to Sikkim
Gangtok, February 27, 2026 (IPR): Former Acting Governor of Sikkim and Former Chief Justice, High Court of Sikkim, Mr Justice S. N. Bhargava, arrived at Bagdogra Airport today on a private visit to Sikkim from February 27 to March 03, 2026, accompanied by his family members.
During his stay, Mr Justice Bhargava is scheduled to visit Tsomgo Lake and Nathula Pass, call on the Judges of the High Court of Sikkim, and undertake local visits in Gangtok and Kalimpong.
The dignitary has been declared a State Guest by the Government of Sikkim.
Upon arrival at Bagdogra Airport, Mr Justice S. N. Bhargava was warmly received by Additional Secretary, Home Department, Bagdogra Unit, Ms Sharmistha Pradhan, and Liasion Officer, Mr Sanjay Chettri, High Court of Sikkim, Gangtok along with officials from Home Department, Bagdogra Unit.
