Gangtok, 24 Oct (IPR): Shri Sonam Tshering Venchungpa, BJP candidate from 24 Martam Rumtek (BL) was declared winner with 8204 votes.
The Returning Officer, East Shri Raj Yadav gave away the certificate to the candidate in the presence of General Observers, Mr. Susil Kumar Yadav and Mrs. Madhurima Baruah (Sen).
