District Collector Gyalshing Visits Rimbik SS under Nambu Sindrabung GPU
Gyalshing, September 12 (IPR): Marking a significant milestone in his outreach efforts, Mr Tenzing D Denzongpa, District Collector of Gyalshing, visited Government Secondary School Rimbik at Nambu-Sindrabung Gram Panchayat Unit (GPU),Gyalshing District,today.
His visit underscored the administration’s commitment to ensuring quality education and better infrastructure development in the school.
Accompanying him were CEO Education Mr Pema G Bhutia, DCSO -Cum-Joint Director Mr Arjun Rai,Deputy Director Education Mr Dinesh Pradhan,DPO(DM& DD) Mr Ganesh Kumar Rai,DPO (Zilla) Mr Pem Dorjee Bhutia, Headmaster(Rimbik SS)Mr GM Limboo,Zilla Members, teaching and non teaching staff along with concerned Panchayat representatives and other officials.
Upon arrival, Mr Denzongpa and his team were accorded a warm and enthusiastic welcome by the school community, including the Head Master, teaching and non-teaching staff of Government Secondary School Rimbik.
The DC then toured the school complex and took note of the school’s infrastructure, highlighting the urgent need for extensive protective wall at the edge of the school playground to prevent from massive destruction and loss of school property in future.
CEO Education Mr Bhutia,suggested for smooth running of the school,keeping in close coordination with school staff and SMCs for the well being and all round development of students.He further assured the headmaster for delivering all kinds of support from the department.
The visit concluded with Mr Denzongpa engaging with the school authorities, attentively listening to their concerns and grievances.
