Coordination Meeting Held to Review Media Arrangements for Jan Unmukti Diwas and Aama Samman Diwas
Pakyong, August 09 (IPR): A coordination meeting was held today with OSD, Information and Public Relations Department, Mr Pema Chulthim Bhutia, in the presence of District Information Officer, IPRD Pakyong, Ms Deeki D. Bhutia, to review media arrangements and responsibilities for the upcoming 9th Jan Unmukti Diwas and 2nd Aama Samman Diwas, scheduled to be held at Rangpo on August 10.
The meeting focused on coordination among the IPRD team, media coverage, documentation and allocation of responsibilities for the programme.
During the meeting, OSD, Information and Public Relations Department, Mr Pema Chulthim Bhutia, handed over a DJI Mic Mini to District Information Officer, IPRD Pakyong, Ms Deeki D. Bhutia, on behalf of social worker Mr Prabhakar Golay, who sponsored the equipment.
The equipment is expected to support the department in recording and disseminating information related to official activities.
The meeting also reviewed the final preparations and coordination required for the media coverage of the 9th Jan Unmukti Diwas and 2nd Aama Samman Diwas at Rangpo.
