Coordination Meeting Held at Newly Constructed SDM Office, Yangang
Namchi, 2May: A productive social visit-cum-coordination meeting was convened at the newly constructed SDM Office, Yangang, in the gracious presence of the Hon’ble Area MLA-cum-Deputy Speaker, Smt. Raj Kumari Thapa.
The meeting was attended by OSD Smt. Denkila Bhutia, OSD (Agriculture) Shri S.B. Rai, SDM Yangang Shri K.L. Dahal, BDO Yangang Smt. Needay Bhutia, Youth Convener Shri Anil Gurung, the SHO Yangang, Zilla Panchayat Member Smt. Leela Kumari Rai, along with departmental heads, Panchayat representatives, SKM party karyakartas, and members of the local public.
Deliberations during the meeting centred on finalising preparations for the opening of the new SDM Office, reviewing the progress of construction works, and discussing the allocation of rooms for various departments to ensure smooth functioning and enhanced public service delivery.
Subsequently, the Hon’ble Deputy Speaker inspected the office premises and underscored the importance of meticulous planning, effective coordination, and overall readiness in view of the forthcoming inauguration.
