CM Prem Singh Tamang Offers Prayers and seeks blessings at Shani Shingnapur Mandir
Shingnapur, April 19 (IPR): Chief Minister Mr Prem Singh Tamang-Golay , visited the revered Shani Shingnapur Mandir this evening, where he offered prayers and sought divine blessings from Lord Shani Dev.
The Chief Minister’s visit held special significance as it coincided with Saturday, an especially auspicious day dedicated to Lord Shani, the deity known as the dispenser of justice and the guardian of karma and discipline.
The Chief Minister prayed and sought blessings on behalf of Sikkim and the Sikkimese.
“May Shani Dev, in His infinite wisdom and grace, continue to protect us from negativity, strengthen our inner resolve, and bless Sikkim with justice, prosperity, harmony, and spiritual strength,” he expressed during the visit.
He was accompanied by the Speaker Sikkim Legislative Assembly (SLA) Mr MN Sherpa, Deputy Speaker SLA Ms Raj Kumari Thapa, Minister for Forest & Environment, Mines & Geology and Science & Technology Departments Mr Pintso Namgyal Lepcha, MLA cum Advisor Power Department Mr Sanjit Kharel, Principal RC Mr AK Chand, and Principal Secretary CMO Mr SD Dhakal.
