BJP spokesperson Dr Sambit Patra chairs a conclave on Union Budget 2024-25 in Gangtok
Gangtok, August 3 (IPR): Dr Sambit Patra, MP, Puri (Odisha) and National Spokesperson of Bharatiya Janta Party (BJP) chaired a conclave on Union Budget 2024-25 at a local hotel, Gangtok, today.
The conclave had the presence of Mr DR Thapa, former MLA and President BJP-Sikkim, Professor Hardev Singh Yadav, Vice Chancellor, Sikkim Professional University, Mr Bikash Basnet, Former Press Secretary to CM, representatives of the political parties, bankers, members of chamber of SEED CELL, Civil Society, women Cooperative Society, students, dignitaries and invitees.
The conclave commenced with a warm welcome address by Mr DR Thapa.
Dr Sambit Patra delivered an insightful presentation, providing an overview of the Union Budget 2024-25, highlighting its key features and implications.
An engaging interactive sessions was followed, allowing attendees to discuss and share their perspectives on the budget.
During the event, a Resolution of Gratitude to the Prime Minister was eloquently read by Mr Sonam Gyatso Sherpa, a member of the BJP Economic Cell. This resolution was presented to Dr Sambit Patra by the NDA partners, underscoring their appreciation and support.
The conclave concluded on a gracious note with a vote of thanks proposed by Mr Lalit Pokhrel, member of BJP-Economic Cell , marking the end of a successful and informative gathering.
