BDS Meeting of SHGs in Chungthang GPK Hall
Chungthang, Sept 20: A significant BDS (Block Development Society) meeting for Self-Help Groups (SHGs) was held today, September 20, 2025, at the Chungthang GPK Hall. The event, organized to foster community development and empower local women, saw a large gathering of SHG members and key officials.
The meeting's Chief Guest was Chairperson of Horticulture, Ms Ongkit Lepcha, who was warmly welcomed by local dignitaries. The attendees included:
ADC Development Chungthang, BDOChungthang, Panchayat President and Panchayat members, and Presidents and members of various SHGs.
The primary agenda of the meeting focused on discussing upcoming projects, reviewing the progress of existing initiatives, and addressing the challenges faced by the SHGs.
