13th BN, ITBP force regularly conducts cleanliness drives in its surrounding areas monthly. Under this cleanliness program, the local public is made aware of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan dream of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. In continuation of the monthly cleanliness campaign, a cleanliness campaign was conducted by the unit personnel at Ranka Monastery located near the unit on 23.04.24. Unit personnel and civil citizens participated in the cleanliness campaign. Under the direction of Shri Samar Bahadur Singh, Commandant, the civil citizens were made aware of the use of millet, the benefits of green energy and the prohibition of polythene. The way we clean our house, similarly, it is our responsibility to keep the environment around us clean. Garbage, polythene etc. should be thrown at a designated place only. With this type of clean behaviour, we will be able to protect ourselves from various diseases caused by dirt by keeping our environment clean.
